Taste: of full structure, harmonic, sapid, balanced and elegant

Perfect foil with: excellent throughout the meal, with pasta dishes with white vegetable and meat sauces, pasta with lobster or mussels and fresh tomatoes, clams and roe, with fish and white meat main courses. Exciting with Catalan-style lobster and smoked wild salmon, perfect also as an aperitif and with dish to hors d'oeuvres.
