In the spring of 2019, after years of research in the area of San Gimignano, we finally found and acquired some vineyards  with rare and particular characteristics: old plants on fresh silty-sandy soils, rich in water and organic for over forty years. From the Vigneto dei rosi (the roses vineyard) and produced with only organic grapes, comes our Rosé Wine. The white winemaking of noble Sangiovese grapes has generated a wine with a soft pink color, fruity and floral bouquet, elegant and savory on the palate. Given the small quantity, it has rightfully entered our Personal Edition.
